When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we collect the details you give us (name, contact details and the substance of your enquiry) so that we can respond and, where instructed, act for you. Information shared with us in a legal enquiry is treated in strict confidence. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
This site uses Microsoft Clarity, an analytics tool that shows us anonymised heatmaps and session replays of how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. Details are in our cookie policy.
We process enquiry information on the basis of legitimate interests and, where you instruct us, in performance of a contract. We keep information no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected, and in accordance with our professional obligations.
